Polk County, Florida · Large-lot mowing
Big property? No problem.
Open ground, back acreage, and room around sheds and trees. We mow larger Polk County properties with a quote based on the actual job.

A larger lot needs its own quote
Standard lawn prices do not tell the whole story when you have a broad front lot or acreage behind the house. The area to cut, existing growth, obstacles, and access all matter. Our standard ¼-acre plans are not acreage packages.
Show us where the work begins and ends
Send the property address and photos of the full area to be mowed. Explain which sections are included, where equipment can enter, and where the property ends. Point out fences, sheds, trees, stored items, or ground that needs closer inspection.
Separate mowing from clearing
Grass mowing and removing heavier growth are different jobs. If the edges have become overgrown, ask about light brush clearing. If loose material needs to leave the property, include cleanup and haul-away in your request.
See the scale of our work
Our before-and-after gallery includes open acreage, a shed corner, shaded ground, and a back property. The photos show our actual work, rather than stock images or a promise about an unseen property.

Lawn care questions
Can I use the $40 mowing price for acreage?
Large properties are quoted separately. The $40 starting price applies to Mow & Go on standard-size, regularly maintained lawns with recurring service.
What should I send for a large-lot quote?
Send the address, approximate area to mow, current photos, boundaries, and access details. Mention overgrowth, obstacles, and any debris that needs removal.
For the fastest free quote, send:
- Your Polk County address or nearest cross streets
- A few photos showing the yard and any overgrowth
- What you need: a cut, a recurring plan, or a cleanup
We’ll review the property and discuss the work, price, and available schedule with you.
